THE GLOBAl Color COLLECTION
The Global Color Collection features roots to ends base color services. These services can be used to change, maintain, or refresh previously colored hair.
Each package includes a ph treatment and blowdry.

FAQ
How do I know what to book? You are not alone in this process—Angela will be available to guide you. Start by selecting the service that you believe best matches your needs. Once you've booked, an online consultation form will be presented to you. This includes a series of questions designed to understand your preferences and requirements, along with a request for three photos of your current hairstyle. After reviewing your consultation responses and photos, Angela will reach out with any suggestions or to confirm your choices, to further align with your goals.
What is a gloss? A “gloss” or “toner” is demi-permanent hair color that adds shine, tone, and reflection to natural or previously colored hair. Glosses are used to tone highlights, refresh faded color, or add depth and richness to the hair. Glosses are not designed to lighten the hair, rather they are designed to add or replace missing tones. A Gloss is a stand alone service in the Global Color Collection, and is included in the Signature and Modern services.
What is a ph balancing treatment? This treatment restores the and hair's pH to its natural acidic range, around 4.5 to 5.5. By doing so, it helps to close the hair's cuticles, which are lifted during coloring processes. Closing the cuticle will trap the color molecules inside the hair shaft, significantly prolonging the life and vibrancy of the hair color as well as retain moisture. A ph balancing treatment is included in every color service within the color collections.

SALON POLICIES
It is important to understand that these policies are vital to protecting the integrity of your appointment as well as the sustainability of AKM STUDIO.
As a courtesy, confirmation messages will be sent 5 days and appointment reminders will be sent 3 days in advance via text and email. It is highly recommended that you turn on these notifications. Failing to respond to these messages, or not confirming does not count as a canceled appointment and will not negate the cancellation fee.
Please read carefully. By booking you are accepting these terms:
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
- Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of the total service amount. Appointments booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
- Change of mind Policy-Requesting a reduced service within 24 hours of an appointment - is subjected to the full amount of the original service.
LATE ARRIVALS
- Arrivals over 15 minutes late result in a reduced service and will still be charged the full amount of the original service.
- Consultations for non-new clients that exceed 15minutes are considered a late arrival and will result in a reduced service and will be charged the full amount of the original service.
- Single services - Arrivals over 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and will result in a 50% fee of the total service amount.
NO SHOW
- NO SHOWS will be subjected to 100% charge of scheduled services or the a loss of a deposit.
REVISION
- Requests for adjustments can be made within 3 days of the original service and booked no later than 7 days after requesting.
- Adjustments are complimentary if booked within the time period.
NO GUEST POLICY
- AKM STUDIO cannot accommodate additional guests in the salon suite with the exception of those with disabilities or special needs.
CONTACT POLICY
- Clients should use the Vagaro App, which is available 24/7 for scheduling.
- All out of salon bookings, cancellations, modification, and rescheduling are the responsibility of the client and should be done via Vagaro.
- Additional questions or assistance may be addressed via text or email during available hours and will be responded to as quickly as possible.
- Messages received during off hours will be responded to during business hours.
- Off Hour Requests - Sun, Mon, & Tues appointment requests may be accommodated at a $100 flat fee in addition to services.
